A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to all of our amazing AMMA dancers who took part in their dance exams in Term 3!
From our tiniest first-time beginners to our more experienced seniors, we are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, focus and determination you have shown along the way.
A special thank you to our wonderful teachers for preparing our dancers and to our BAL examiner Mrs Murgatroyd for encouraging and inspiring them throughout the process.
Every exam is another step in your dance journey, and we couldn’t be prouder of our AMMA family.
Well done, dancers — you should all be VERY proud of yourselves!

Let’s make it fair for all parents and all children no matter what your sport is.

📣 WE NEED YOUR SIGNATURE! 💃🩰

For months, the dance community has been saying that while dance is technically included in the Play On! voucher program, in practice many dance studios still can’t accept the vouchers.

That means kids who choose dance can miss out on this support.

Alongside Jonty Bush MP and Jess Pugh MP, we brought together dancers, parents, advocates and dance studio owners to hear directly about these challenges and push for change.

Now, we’re taking the next step.

✍️ We’ve launched a community petition and we need your signature!

This is about equality of access. With families already feeling the pressure of the cost of living, every dollar counts. Families who choose dance should have the same opportunity to access support as families participating in other eligible sports and activities.

We’re calling on the Minister to make sure Play On! vouchers are genuinely accessible to dancers and dance studios.

Our performance groups competed at the first Ekka Dance Eisteddfod last Friday. So much fun was had by the dancers and audience a like. Thanks to all who came to support us.
