🧀COOKING WITH KIMMIE🧀

Mac And Cheese (with Tuna and Veg)

INGREDIENTS

3 Cups elbow pasta
3 Cups water
2 Tbspn Light Butter
1 Cup almond milk
3 Tbspn mustard
1 Tspn garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Cup grated cheese
1/2 Cup greek yoghurt

OPTIONAL ADD INS
1 Can of tuna chunks
1 Packet steamed veggies

METHOD

1. In a pot, add water, almond milk, butter, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper and bring to the boill on the stove.
2. Add in the elbow pasta and cook for about 10 mins while stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
3. Remove from the heat and add cheese and yoghurt and stir until well combined.
4. Feel free to add in any protein such as chicken, tuna or beef, and some veggies and serve in a bowl and enjoy.

🍫COOKING WITH KIMMIE🍫

Choc Protein Pudding

INGREDIENTS

2 rice cakes
20g protein powder
12g cocoa powder
Low calorie sweetner to taste
125ml almond milk

Topping
10g protein powder
3tspn almond milk
1tspn cocoa powder

METHOD

1. In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, and sweetner of your choice and milk
2. Crush 2 rice cakes into the mixture and stir well.
3. Transfer to a bowl or glass container.
4. For the topping - in a bowl, stir together the protein, cocoa powder, and milk and sweetner to consistency. Spread over the rice cake mixture and set in the fridge for 2-3hrs or overnight.
