Refocus & rebuild 😎💪
This challenge is designed to help you get back on track for 2026. We all say we’ll “get back into it” when the new year rolls around—but doing it alone usually doesn’t last. Motivation drops, life gets busy, or it just feels like too much to start. This challenge brings you together with people who are on the same journey, keeping you accountable and consistent. With the right support and structure, staying on track becomes easier—and your goals finally feel achievable.
Kicking off our initial Inbody scans on Sunday, 1st February 2026 & finishing up with our final scans on Sunday 29th March 2026. (further details in carousal above)
This challenge is open to the public!
You can choose to work out side by side with some of the other challengers by participating in the Saturday morning bootcamp, or you can complete the whole 8 weeks at your home or local gym. Either way, you will still be part of a supportive group that will help get the best
out of you!

Client Shoutout! 🤗
Katie has been with us for almost 2 years now, participating in 1 on 1 Personal Training (2x Wkly), Bootcamp & 3 of our Challenges.
The journey to reach her goals has had its ups and downs like anyone else, but she refuses to back down to adversity 😎 Her willingness to keep turning up & be better has really paid off over the last several months, losing just over 8kg 😃👏🏼👏🏼
This positive attitude to keep bouncing back has also showed in the challenges she has participated in. First 8WC she placed 7th, then 5th, and our most recent 6WC she placed 3rd! 🎉🎉 This is because she continued to make changes to her diet, stress management & other lifestyle choices. A lot of people that don’t see results or don’t improve tend to repeat the same mistakes & expect a different outcome. Keep up the great work Katie! 🫡
