A little reminder to mark your calendars, Day of Dance tickets go on sale Monday 1 June at 10:00am 

Day of Dance is our annual fundraising concert where students from Premier Dance Academy and Sayers Dance Centre come together for a special day of performance, community and giving back, raising funds for Mater Little Miracles and The Queensland Brain Institute (UQ)💜

Last year, together, our incredible community helped raise $40,000 for these important causes, and we are so excited to do it all again.

Congratulations to Julia, Zoe, Adelaide and Allegra on sitting their RAD Vocational examinations last week. 🩰🏆

Adelaide (Intermediate) and Allegra (Advanced 1) have trained at Premier since they were toddlers, making it especially rewarding to see them reach this stage of their training.

We also congratulate Julia and Zoe (both Intermediate), who joined Premier this year from Singapore and New Zealand. They arrived with a beautiful foundation, and we would like to acknowledge and thank their previous teachers for the excellent preparation and training they provided.

A lovely achievement for these four dancers and everyone who has supported them along the way.✨

Last year, thanks to the incredible support of our community, we raised an amazing $40,000 — and this year we’re coming together once again to support two incredible causes.

💜 Mater Little Miracles – helping provide life-saving care, research, and equipment for premature babies and their families.

🧠 Queensland Brain Institute – supporting vital neurological research at The University of Queensland.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing Premier Dance mums 🩷💐

Adelaide and Sophie (both RAD Intermediate) spend part of their school holidays in Melbourne at the Australian Ballet School as invitees of the Interstate Training Program ✨

We are incredibly fortunate to have Wim Broeckx as part of our teaching team at Premier Dance 🤍

Wim’s career spans the international stage, including his time as a Principal dancer and Assistant Director with the Dutch National Ballet, and as Artistic Director of the Prix de Lausanne - one of the world’s most prestigious ballet competitions.

With decades of global experience across performance, education, and elite training pathways, Wim brings a level of insight that is invaluable to our students.

His approach is grounded in what genuinely develops dancers - consistent training, strong technical foundations, and steady, informed progression over time. This philosophy strongly aligns with the values that have shaped Premier Dance over the past 30 years.

Whether students aspire to a professional career or simply love to dance alongside their academic journey, his guidance continues to shape confident, capable dancers.

There will be no classes tomorrow as we pause to observe ANZAC Day.

All Saturday classes will run on Sunday 26 April at their usual times across both Milton and Clayfield studios.

If you’re unable to attend, please let us know and we’ll organise a make-up class.

Lest We Forget ❤️

Final days on tour 🇫🇷✨

We wrapped up our time in Paris with a final full day at Disneyland 🏰— such a fun way to celebrate the end of a really special trip 🎉

It’s been an incredible experience for our students, not only in their dancing but in the friendships they’ve built 🤍 and the memories they’ll carry with them long after this tour ✈️📸
