Director of Golf Craig Davis caught up with CEO Christian Gillott for an afternoon round to close out his first week on the job. Craig reflected on what excited him about the new role.

For Craig, golf is all about connection, the relationships between the people you share the course with. This connection over the years has helped develop the rich history of our club, as stories and tradition are passed down through generations.

Our new Director of Golf Craig Davis takes us down City 6. The left-hander can absolutely hit a draw. Safe to say he’s settling in well - a look at eagle on your first time out isn’t a bad spot to start.

Moments from our Charity Day earlier this month. It’s always special to see our members take time to support our broader community. A big thank you to all our sponsors that jump on board, and the generous donations from all.

Our horticulture team have been hard at work refurbishing areas, big and small, around the golf course. With well over 50 years of experience amongst the team, the difference is already starting to be seen, particularly over Tennyson and Coot-tha .

The Indooroopilly Golf Club we enjoy today is built on the dedication, passion and care of those who came before us.

Our inaugural 50 Year Golden Luncheon was a wonderful opportunity to recognise and celebrate those who have been part of our club for 50 years or more — some reaching an incredible 60 and 70 years of membership!

To all our Golden Members, thank you for the many years of contribution and commitment that have helped shape our club into what it is today.

We look forward to welcoming a new group of Golden Members at next year’s luncheon, as we continue what we hope will become a much-loved tradition and a special date on the club calendar for many years to come.
