We recently provided the restraint solution for a highly intricate manifold connection. The job involved numerous angular connections heading in all directions, requiring full restraint without the time and cost associated with pouring concrete thrust blocks.

Our Solution: The client implemented our Hawle System 2000 Fl**ge Adaptors across all connections.

Key Benefits Achieved:
-Superior Restraint: The Hawle System 2000 adaptors provided the robust joint restraint necessary to handle the thrust forces generated by the complex geometry.
-No Thrust Blocks Needed: Eliminating the need for concrete saves significant time, space, and material costs on site.
-Connection Versatility: The overall project also utilized a series of different connection types upfront, ensuring flexibility across the entire line.

For this project in NSW, we armed the team with the Haku Saddle. It allowed for a quick and direct connection method, bypassing the traditional, more complex, tie-in process.

For this tie-in, we utilised Haku Saddles in a non-traditional way to perform an angular deflection of existing lines situated above the new trunk main.

This project beautifully demonstrates that the Haku saddle is a versatile tool, capable of solving complex alignment challenges - it’s useful for far more than just hydrants!

For us, it's all about finding smart ways to adapt products to meet site-specific needs while ensuring long-term system integrity.

We were proud to provide the key product solutions for a recent challenging pipe tie-in project, helping the client achieve reliability and efficiency.

The requirement was to bridge an existing steel mainline to a new PE pipe. Our solution included the robust Synoflex connection to handle this crucial material transition flawlessly.

For hydrant access, we recommended strategic components to limit future maintenance:
-A D.I. Tee for secure connection near the junction.
-The Hawle Haku Saddle for use further down the line. This choice was specifically made to limit the number of potential leak points by reducing the amount of fl**ge joints needed in the installation.
