Why You Aren’t Getting Results

Everyone knows that “taking notes” is essential to retaining information and learning new pieces of information BUT you’ve probably been doing it wrong... Not everyone learns the same way so WHY would everyone’s ability to note take be as simple as pen to paper?

Do you learn BEST by:
A) Listening to information and absorbing it through hearing it(AUDITORY)
B)Seeing the task or action done for you through an example(VISUAL)
C)Physically completing the task yourself and re-doing it until it’s right(KINAESTHETIC)
Once you recognise what way you learn the best, you will be able to tailor your note taking to best suit your style of learning!

Brainstorming ideas for each type of learner is a smart way to be a fantastic LEADER and MENTOR. No two people on your team will be the same so teaching them in multiple ways will be a 🔑 part to growing and creating success.

What did you learn from this?

Recently we asked one of our Sales Leaders what has been working for his sales numbers & he said straight away: persistence 💪🏼 After having a PB last week on Monday, followed by two slower days, he could have easily lost attitude and given up but instead he regrouped and 🔥🔥 back on Thursday & Friday with some amazing results!

Caine is always a pace setter for the company as well as an incredible motivator for everyone he comes in contact with. Thanks for your hard work mate!

TEAM NIGHT... What did you do tonight? 😉

We played Daytona, Air Hockey, ate 🍕 and had a laugh about our days! The best way to spend hump day, we are 💪🏼 for the second half of the week now!

SUCCESS and REWARDS

We often wish to be rewarded after we achieve something or hit a goal that we’ve set for the role we play in our job or business.
We often feel disheartened when we don’t receive recognition for things we re proud of.

One thing that we are big on at Taylored Sales Group is actively rewarding people and creating a culture around recognition, when it’s deserved.

Congratulations to Lucas, Caine, Darius, Phil and Sam on receiving recognition at our 2020 Launch last weekend. They are all consistent and great role models in our business; we feel proud to reward them for their hard work!

Caine and Darius were given the opportunity to attend the ‘Rising Star’ event in our office: a day where the best of the best employees get to spend the day with seasoned professionals who excel in their own fields!
