Study and exercise groups are a fantastic way to benefit from human interaction while maintaining health habits and polishing up on your weak areas with the assistance of your peers. πŸ“š

Exam times can be particularly lonely and stressful, so it is especially important to talk (not text) to those around you.

Exercise is a great way to connect with others, so if you and a friend would like to join us on a walk, sign up to the QUTLS Strava: https://www.strava.com/clubs/qutls-running-club

Resist the urge to cram in last minute study and sacrifice your sleep. Healthy sleep improves:
πŸŒ™ Memory & ability to recall
πŸŒ™ Stress levels
πŸŒ™ Energy
πŸŒ™ Decision making
πŸŒ™ Your health generally

When you rest your mind is able to recharge and process all the information from that day.

Aim to achieve at least 8 hours, especially the night before an exam!

Make sure you have adequate supplies on hand for all of your study sessions (by this we mean great snacks of course)!

Coffee and energy drinks can only do so much.

Healthy snacks to keep your brain focused are:
- Almonds
- Dried fruit
- Dark chocolate
- Fruit salad
- Hummus and vegetables
- Muesli bars
- Cheese
