🏁🏁HAYDEN GETS THE DUB🏁🏁

Round 3 at Fairbury was kind to the Slick Simsport drivers, with all 4 making it into the show and finishing inside the top 12. In qualifying Hayden Cardwell was at the top again in 2nd, followed closely by Logan Rumsey in 4th. JD Brown and Tyler Ducharme were further down in 20th and 21th respectively.

Heat one would see Tyler get up to a transfer spot but after some fierce battling he would get passed in the last corner sending him into a B main. Heat 2 was the strongest where Cardwell would line up next to his 2 closest championship contenders, but he quickly scooted away to the win giving himself the outside front row for the feature. The best though was saved for last in heat 4, Rumsey would start on pole and Brown in 5th. Logan would assert himself out front but made contact with the wall falling to 2nd, but the youngster wouldn’t be denied, after the new leader made a mistake coming to the white flag Logan made his move and beat him to the line by .103 seconds. JD Brown made the bottom work and was able to get up to 3rd, Ducharme was able to hold onto a transfer spot in the b main to earn his way into the feature.

Feature time and Hayden Cardwell wouldn’t be denied, quickly getting out in front and almost gaping the field by 4 seconds before the first caution. Unfortunately the yellow was for his teammate JD getting into the infield tires spinning his car around. But with multiple restarts keeping Hayden out of traffic and in clean air he would go on to lead every lap for the win. JD would work his way back to 12th, Tyler started on the last row and masterfully worked his way through the field on an unforgiving racetrack into the top 10 for a 7th. Logan would battle inside the top 5 for the first 20 laps before contact sending him around, he would fall to 18th but fight back to 11th in the 2nd half of the race. Hayden extends his points lead to 8, Tyler is 10th even with his no show last week, and Rumsey and Brown are 17th and 20th poised to get into that top 15 and requalify for next season. Next up on the schedule in another high banked monster as we head to The Big E.

2020 WoO Late Model Pro Series Driver Reval

With the 2020 WoO Morton Buildings, Inc. iRacing Late Model Pro Series getting underway on the 22nd of June at Volusia Speedway Park.

Slick Simsport are happy to announce that Hayden Cardwell, Mason Crawford, J.d. Brown and Zack McSwain are now apart of the team.

Below you all can see the paint schemes that these drivers will carry in the Pro Series this season. With a strong ending in the Sprintcar Pro series the team looks to carry over the momentum into Late Models.
