We take this time to reflect, remember, and honour the courage and sacrifice of our servicemen and women.

Easter Timetable 🐣✨

A quick update for the long weekend:

• Good Friday – CLOSED
• Easter Saturday – OPEN (normal timetable)
• Easter Sunday – CLOSED
• Easter Monday – OPEN (limited schedule)

All classes are running as normal except 5pm Strength and 10am Restore & Align, which won’t be on Monday.

We’re so excited to introduce Callum — our very own “PILATES MAN AROUND THE HOUSE”. And what a good man he is too. With a strong background in dance and performance, Callum brings great energy, precision and flow to every class, along with genuine enthusiasm and dedication to his clients. He’ll be sharing Sundays with Rhea and Saturdays with Bridie, and we’re absolutely thrilled to have him as part of the team.
