Hi everyone! My name is Andy and I am the new owner of Core Contour. You’ll see me lurking around and I would love for you to say hi. I am a registered nurse and love my job but my girlfriend got me into Pilates a few years ago and I have never looked back. We can’t wait to meet you all in the studio soon. Don’t be shy to say hi!

With the Easter long weekend upon us we want to wish everyone safe and happy travels if you're moving around, or some rejuvenating time at home if you're staying off the roads!

🌧🌪 Cyclone Update

We would like to welcome Charlotte to the Core Contour family! While Charlotte may be relatively new as an instructor at the studio she has done more than her fair share of pilates on our reformers as a client at the studio!

Charlotte has an infectious and bubbly smile and personality, bringing fun and energy to her classes…. a great distraction from the burn she inflicts at the same time! 💪
