As we approach the Easter holidays, please note the following changes:

Good Friday, April 3
No classes
No open mat

Easter Saturday, April 4
Open Mat at 10:00 AM

Eastern Monday, April 6
Open Mat at 10:00 AM

No kids or adults classes on these days.

All adults are welcome to join the open mats (Gi and No Gi). Non-members are welcome (fees apply).
