1. How long have you been training with us at BFT Chermside?
Switched to BFT Chermside 300 sessions ago to find my family lol
2. What made you first walk through our doors?
Walked through the doors to a community that has now become my second home
3. What’s been your biggest win or change since starting BFT?
Biggest win… all the small things but the friendships and always being up for a challenge.. except when it comes to burpees
4. Favourite BFT session (and why 👀)?
Crew fit is always a killer.. but the send it Sundays are looking good
(👀)
5. One thing you’ve learned about yourself through training?
The stigma around getting heavier as a girl.. weight is just a number.. feeling strong and healthier is much more appealing
