Just a reminder to all members that we are a self train facility and so we ask that you please leave the gym in the same state that you found it. We have had a bit of feedback that equipment, training gear and rubbish is being left around the gym, which creates a health/safety risk and also goes against what our facility is about.

Please do your bit and tidy up after yourself and lets keep the club in tip top shape.
