REMINDER: Our Winter Cricket Presentation Day is on this Saturday afternoon at the HPJCC clubhouse at Whites Hill Reserve.

Presentations kick off at 4:30pm, starting with our U8-U10 sub-junior teams, before moving on to our Girls Heat League presentations and then our U12-U16 winter warehouse teams.

We hope to see all winter HPJCC players there!

Summer cricket has started a little earlier this year.

Our BMC team kicked things off with a win against Albany Creek scoring 4-206 off 40 overs and bowling the opposition out for an adjusted 196.

Nick Hodgson was our player of the day with a brilliant 96 no and 2/40. Nick just managed to squeeze out Cooper De Livera who compiled 36 and took 4/19.

The team is at home to the Ipswich Hornets next round.

An undefeated winter season has been rewarded with a Winter Premiership for our HP u16 side.

HP managed to post 308 thanks to a flawless grand final century by Arjun Dhanda who shared a 182 run opening partnership with the vastly improved Harry Olive (67).

The Albany Creek side dug-in and provided gritty opposition before finally surrendering to HPs attack and scoreboard pressure - all out for 226.

Eddie Wheeler (4/43 from 12 overs) took home the bowling figures for HP.

A fine season for these HP lads under the direction of coach Damon Olive.

It’s winter cricket Grand Final time!

HP U12 Red are Premiership winners after a nail biting win today against the well publicised competition front runners Wellington Point Panthers.

Sarah Morris was the player of the match with 54(48 balls) and 2/11 but this was truely a team effort featuring contributions from the entire team.

Well played to all players and excellent coaching team.

Our u16 Thunder and u15 Lightning team are battling away in their two day Grand Finals due to finish tomorrow (Sunday).

The past weekend saw the last round of games for our youngest cricketers - our four U8-U10 teams. We can't wait to see them back on the field in summer after such a great winter season!

And we had 4 teams competing in semi-finals, with our U12 B2 team and our U15 team joining our U16 team in the grand final this weekend. Best of luck to our GF teams!

U15 HP Lightning joins our u16 HP Thunder team and U12 Red side in this weeks Warehouse winter Grand Final.

Last week the Lightning lads posted 423 off 117.4 overs which included half centuries to Iggy Skowronski (65), and some elegant stroke play from William Leahy (52). This score though required a brilliant team batting effort.

A special mention to Rourke Long (17) who batted for 149 balls in a patient and determined display to shut our opponents out of the match.
