Confidence in adults is at an all time low in our society
Because we have allowed convenience and busy-ness to replace intentional effort and commitment to being uncomfortable
We get so worried about not being able to do the thing, before it’s ever been done that we seek our fate because we never end up trying
That kind of story becomes a habit that haunts you.
Gradings aren’t designed to show how bad people are, or how good they are - they’re designed to show you what you’re made of.
To give you a safe place to push past comfort, to create evidence that even when things are challenging you can create success, to give you an opportunity to prove to YOURSELF that just because something is hard, or scary that it is not impossible for you.
Gradings help us, show you just how far you have come.
The fitness that you may not realise you’ve developed
The skills you’ve actually learned and can now implement
The calm you can actually keep in stressful situations
The way something can hurt but it doesn’t fold you
And doing it side by side with the friends you’ve made in a community that genuinely wants to see you win means that you’ll never walk out with your head down.
A huge congratulations to these warriors today who made us and more importantly themselves proud.

The world isn’t always an easy place, and neither is this hobby, which is why the benefits for kids goes further than just thinking of it as a sport.
They have to learn to be consistent, take instruction, work with others, acknowledge that discomfort is a normal part of life but it won’t defeat them if they don’t allow it to.
The resilience this group showed today, even through some hard moments is inspiring.
A huge amount of respect goes to the parents that see the that martial arts is more than just an after school activity. It’s a framework that teaches our kids the value in being resilient, and that with consistency, heart and courage they are capable of so much.
More than ever we need to show our kids that they alone, without technology and AI are immensely capable beings and the confidence that grows from that will give them a platform to launch into the rest of their life!

This isnt your normie fitness challenge…
Now we have that squared away - let’s talk about what baddie camp is…
It is for women who sick of feeling like crap, in their body, in their mind and to be honest deep in their soul.
That kind of exhaustion that slowly sucks the life out of you and leaves you with scraps to make it through the day.
Because constantly second guessing yourself, making promises about taking better care of yourself and breaking them, and never feeling like you’re good enough to warrant the effort
It down right sucks, and we tell this story to ourselves enough times that we believe it.
Baddie Camp is for the women who are tired of that cycle, you want to feel like a bad ass.
You absolutely want the scales to move, the clothes to fit, and to feel good when you look in the mirror (these things are a given)
But beyond that, is the inner feeling of strength and confidence that comes from a woman who isn’t trying to hide in the shadows.
Who’s ready to put her hand up and go yes, why not me too.
Because honestly - why not you?
Why can’t you have the body, the confidence, the joy and the life that’s waiting on the other side of you just following through for yourself the way you do for others…
Baddie Camp isn’t going to give the these tools and so much more.
Join us for 6 weeks of main character energy building

Laughs (lots of laughs)
Nutrition that’s not a headache to think about

You finish work, you’re cooked.
You might swing by the gym for a sesh but then You sit in the couch, crack a cold one and scroll for an hour and call it “winding down”
And still you wake up the next day dissatisfied, on edge and still feeling like the world is closing in on you for reasons you’re not even sure about some days.
Then there’s the stuff that you can’t explain or talk about, the short fuse, the feeling of something off but it’s not bad and you’re not a sook so you keep going.
Slowly digging a deeper hole for yourself.
But totally fine right? Absolutely thriving?!
Definitely not running in empty, snapping at people you love and calling it a busy week.
Here’s what 17 years of coaching men has taught us 👇🏽
The ones who say they’re fine the longest usually needed it the most.
Not because you’ve failed, or there’s something wrong
But because everyone needs an outlet, somewhere to channel the crap that otherwise slowly eats away at you.
Combat sports gives men something a lot of things don’t.
A problem to solve, real effort with visible results with the benefit of other men beside you.
Somewhere along the way a shift happens and you start feeling better
Sleep, pressure, conversations
And people notice.
It’s really not magic, but it is the result of when you stop sitting on what’s building up inside and do something with it:
You don’t need experience
No one cares how fit or unfit you are
Just show up and see what happens
