We have updated our brand identity just in time for our 3 year anniversary! Biome (no one can frickin say it 🤣) has now become Bardon Fitness (fitting as we are located at 290 Simpsons Road, Bardon) and green is our new color because we are an inside/outside fitness studio enjoying Mt Cootha views while we train 🌲🌳

As a solo owner, I say ‘we’ because it feels like the uplifting and dynamic energies that come through the doors are what truly identify the studio as a community.

The studio culture has always been Community Connection Confidence. This is the ‘why’ everyonte shows up 🙌

Having the opportunity to support and connect with my clients is a privilege. I don’t go to ‘work’, I watch people grow healthier mentally and physically. Like how amazing is that!? Witnessing the way the small groups, partners and buddies cheer each other on is heartwarming, the haggling makes for good times too. Cheers to another year and more progress ❤️❤️❤️

Wow is all I can say about the ramped progress we have seen with Jake’s swimming! Last week we couldn’t get him to go near the water and now Shane from has him facedown and kicking. In one session!!! Luke and I had one of our best family days because of this! Safe to say I highly recommend ❤️

Yesterday was so much fun! Don’t know who enjoyed the food or challenges more, the kids or the adults!? There were some fiery moments and tons of laughs. So many prizes awarded 🏆🤑

I will post videos and pics soon but just wanted to say thank you to everyone that helped set up and contributed to the prize packs/goodie bags, it was definitely a team effort. Tuan you are a legend! I owe you a 5-course meal
