‼️ New episode alert! 🚨
Episode 123 of The Leveraged CEO is here 💻🎙️
You've got a team. But they're still coming to you for everything. Every decision, every question, every "just checking in." You built a team and somehow ended up with more on your plate, not less.
That's not a team problem. That's a you problem.
In this episode I break down why business owners stay stuck in the middle of their own team, the difference between donkeys, horses and stallions, and what it actually looks like to hand over responsibility and get out of the way for good.
In this episode:
-The donkey, horse and stallion framework — and why you need to fire the donkeys
-Why getting out of the way isn't lazy, it's literally your job at this level
-How to set up your team so they run on KPIs and stop relying on you to function

📌 Save this if you’re the bottleneck in your own business.
You didn’t build a business to be the most stressed person in it.
If every decision still routes through you, your team is capable but waiting on you, and a week off sounds like a risk, you’re not the CEO. You’re the bottleneck.
The Leveraged CEO is a 90-day 1:1 mentorship that installs the systems, retrains your team, and gets you 20 hours a week back.
Guaranteed, or I work for free until we hit it.
5 founding spots. DM me LEVERAGE if you’re ready.

Every Monday morning I used to lose 90 minutes rebuilding the same report by hand.
Pull the calls, the revenue, the ad spend.
Paste it into a doc, write a few notes.
Every single week, before I'd done anything that actually moved the business.
The problem was never the report.
It only existed if I sat down and did it - if I was travelling or sick, the team flew blind.
So a few weeks ago I built one small workflow that pulls those numbers automatically and writes the summary before I'm even awake.
I just read it and add my take.
That's what leverage actually looks like, not more hours, just taking the repeatable stuff off your plate.
If you want the breakdown of how this one's built, comment WORKFLOW and I'll send it through.

Are you ready for Episode #122 of The Leveraged CEO?! 🔥
You're making good money. Nice holidays, business class flights, the lot. But you're stuck on your phone the whole time, missing dinners, missing school pickups, running on empty.
That's not a business. That's a high-paying job you can't leave.
In this episode I break down why so many business owners at the $500k to $1M mark are quietly miserable and what the actual way out looks like. It's not about working harder. It's about using the profit you've already built to buy back your time through team, AI, and systems that don't need you in the middle of everything.
In this episode:
-Why making good money doesn't mean you've actually made it
-The trap that keeps successful business owners working 60+ hour weeks
-The profit, leverage, lifestyle order and why most people get it wrong
If that resonates, send me a DM on Instagram or Facebook and let's chat.

Comment ROADMAP if you want the 90-day path to getting your time back.
Here’s the thought most business owners do not say out loud:
What if you are not actually operating like a CEO yet?
What if you are just an employee who earns a lot of money, but still has to show up for everything?
That does not mean you are broken. It means your role needs to change.
The shift is from operator to architect — building the systems, structure, and support that let the business run without you being in every decision.
Comment ROADMAP and I’ll see if I can help.

I just made a Sales Manager in my organisation. For free.
Every sales call used to run through me.
If I didn't review it, nobody got feedback.
And the duct-tape version (Fathom to Zapier to ChatGPT to a Google Doc) was four tools producing generic notes.
So I replaced it with one AI agent, built in a spare afternoon:
It takes every call recording.
Reviews it against the way we actually sell.
Writes specific coaching feedback for the rep.
It never gets busy. It never skips a week.
The repeatable review work now belongs to a system, and I spend that time actually coaching the team.
If you want to see exactly how I built it, comment AGENTS and I'll send you the breakdown.

Want the template? Comment SOP đź’Ş
Your team coming to you with every problem is not a hiring issue.
It is a decision-making issue.
If they cannot make the important calls without you, you do not have leverage yet. You have a queue of people waiting for approval.
The fix is not more reminders. It is clear SOPs, built by the people doing the work, then taught back until they can own the outcome.
Comment SOP and I’ll send over the template.
📌 Save this before your next team meeting.
