🏆 Huge congratulations to Daniell Haenga! 🏆

In the final of the 2025 Snooker Club Championship, Daniell Haenga defeated defending champion Ian Davies 4–2. A classy performance in a high-quality match. Special thanks to Linton for refereeing the final.

🏆 Another Huge congratulations to Nate O’Connor! 🏆

In a gripping final of the 2025 Nineball Club Championship, Nate O’Connor edged Brett Watson 8–6 in a close rematch of last year’s final. This victory means Nate has won both pool Club Championships in 2025. What a year!

In a thrilling final of the 2025 Snooker (Handicap) Club Championship, James Wagg mounted a superb comeback from 2–0 down to defeat Simon Davis 3–2. An outstanding effort from both players in a nail-biting finish!

In a thrilling final of the 2025 English 8-ball Club Championship, Nate O’Connor edged past James Ripia in a close, back-and-forth contest, 8–6. What a fantastic performance from both players in such a tightly fought match!

Calling All Over 70s Snooker Players! We’re proud to have the 2025 Australian Senior Snooker Association Inc. Queensland Over 70s Snooker Championship right here at Kedron Wavell Snooker on May 24–25, 2025!

This event is open to all Queensland amateurs aged 70 and over by the event date, and promises a great weekend of competitive snooker.

🏆 Event Format:

- 15 reds scratch snooker (no handicaps).
- Round robin stage (3 frames per match), leading into knockout semis and final.
- FAM rules apply to intentional miss and plain ball only.

🏆 Details:

- Dress code: Plain collared shirt, dress trousers, and shoes.
- Entry fee: $65 (or just $55 for Kedron members).
- Prizes: Trophies and cash (Winner 40%, Runner-up 20%, Semi-finalists 10%).

Entries close: 6pm, Monday 19th May
