I can’t believe we are nearly half way through the year already! This Friday 20th June, will be the last Pilates for this term.

Pilates Classes Returning after Easter!

Pilates classes will resume on Tuesday, 29th April and Friday 2nd May @ 9:00 AM.

Living Faith Uniting Church
Pine Mountain Road, Carina Heights

Cost:
Casual attendance — $15 per class

No experience necessary. Our classes are particularly suitable for beginners and intermediates.
Everyone will feel uniquely challenged for the level that they are at. The classes designed to help improve strength, flexibility, bone health and overall wellbeing.
