Flashback to training Rick and Bradley in their small group PT!! These were very high intensity, athletic work outs incorporating Zuu movements for functionality. I LOVED training these two energising batteries and inventing new weekly challenges!! 👊😎

Craig came to Mountain Air Fitness deconditioned having not exercised or moved much for years. (Photo in comments).
He’s now nailed our Foundation Program and able to complete continually progressed movements inside and outside of the gym. He’s starting to think about what he eats from a nutritional value and has lost ten kilos.

We’ll introduce you to Nessie’s C4CREED. Heads up, you’re not getting a PT, you’re getting an experienced health coach who is well networked with industry professionals. This means referrals are proven and information flows freely.
Our location and business model allows for a truely private and one on one experience - so we rarely post unless a client is comfortable. We NEVER do before and after photographs. We care about what’s truely important. Getting down and gritty and deep into why you’re where you’re at and how to start pulling at the right threads so you can love yourself and live your best life. The rest will come but it won’t be your end goal.
