Fast Track Athletics is a Friendly Athletics club with quality coaches and great training facilities. In 2014 we won the QLD Club State Premiership.

We offer coaching to all ages from 5yrs to opens, training is Tuesday and Thursday 4pm till 5:30pm at the Cec Munns Sports Centre in Daisy Hill. Fast Track Athletics is Brisbane's fastest growing Athletics Club, and we are affiliated with Queensland Athletics. Knee drive is one of the biggest keys to building speed and power on the track. The higher and stronger your drive phase, the more force you can produce through the ground ⚑️

Focus on:

Captured are photos of our junior squad athletes Jasmine Jacobs and Koby Hall after Zones this week 🌟

These two superstars competed in the 800m, 200m, 100m, long jump AND the relay – such a huge day for them both πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ”₯ But that didn’t stop them… they still came to training after for some stretching and core strength πŸ’ͺπŸ™Œ
