SPRINT TIP π¨
Knee drive is one of the biggest keys to building speed and power on the track. The higher and stronger your drive phase, the more force you can produce through the ground β‘οΈ

These two superstars competed in the 800m, 200m, 100m, long jump AND the relay β such a huge day for them both πββοΈπββοΈπ₯ But that didnβt stop themβ¦ they still came to training after for some stretching and core strength πͺπ
