So excited to be delivering this for the Brisbane community using Australian-made play equipment from Moduplay Group

Work is now underway on the Fenwick Park playground at Mitchelton. The popular playground, which featured a unique mouse wheel, was burnt down by vandals last year. Now that the nearby Samford Road roadworks are complete, our team is rebuilding the playground... and yes, the wheel is coming back!

At Urban Play, movement and connection are central to everything we do—but so is protecting the communities we help shape. Through Urban Heart, we're making life-saving AEDs more accessible in public spaces.

In partnership with Moreton Bay City Council, we rolled out a 12-week AED pilot program—installing nine units across key community locations. Designed for ease of use and built for real-world conditions, these devices remain in place today, helping create safer, more resilient spaces for all.

As part of our partner series, we’re shining a light on a project that celebrates the art of rope play—clever, inclusive, and built to move communities.

Designed and delivered by Australian manufacturer Kaebel Leisure , the Charles Heath Reserve playspace in Five Dock shows what’s possible when thoughtful design meets active imagination. Durable rope structures, layered challenges, and inclusive elements make this space a drawcard for all ages.
