Bit of a weekend write up,
Toowoomba Red hot summer shoot out, night started out with a tight car starting pole and moving back a few spots, heat 2 went out and had a slightly better race moved up a spot or 2, then the feature come round and race good car felt good, till about halfway when I broke a RR torsion stop and just idled around to get championship points.

After a pretty crappy Saturday night we spent the next few days propping the Q23 for another hit out at the Lismore Speedway, after having a really good time last time last season at Lismore running with the 410s, Tuesday night seen us feeling really good going 4th quickest in hotlaps, starting heat 1 out of 6th finishing 5th, heat 2 seen us starting at pos 3, had some good car speed having a battle with Dan Murray the Q44 but managed to hold the 3rd spot, feature race come and and we qualified 4th but due to a bit of miscommunication I started in 5th spot, as we raced I moved up to 3rd spot and that's where we finished.

All in all was a awesome achievement grabbing my first sprintcar podium. Builds a bit of confidence going into the next race and hopefully being able to hold that left foot flat to the floor amd feel great!

Thanks to everyone that makes these nights possible, toowoomba speedway, Lismore Speedway, great places to be, if you have never been to either, chuck them on the bucket list.

What a night
Started hot laps with a very crappy setup, made changes and still no good in heat 1 starting 8th but finishing 8th, heat 2 started 1st and got some speed and dropped back to 2nd with a slightly tight car but felt fast, feature time come started 7th and misjudged the track as it slickened off heaps in the 2 races prior to us and just didn't have the drive I'd like, finished in P9
All in all was a good night besides the start but more experience gained and we will just keep poking along.

Let's hope for some fast laps tonight and keep it straight

Off pole position next to Claridge Motorsport will be interesting!

Ready to have a ball at Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway for the first race of the year for me, hopefully get quicker as laps come, get good setups and bring the car home straight 😂

Starting to get ready for the first race meeting for the year for myself at toowoomba on the 28th, hopefully find some pace and have some good racing with others in the class, hopefully a fun night!

We have no cool design reveal this year but today's the day we get to test out the new setup we have built in the off season, definitely going to be alot better and heaps less ratchet straps with the old open car trailer! Keen for seat time tonight at toowoomba!

Happy to say we will be getting the car out and taking the truck for a spin to Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway for a practice run this Saturday night to get some seat time before the season starts.
Pretty keen especially after building the truck definitely a upgrade from the open trailer!

Bit over 3 weeks and we should be sliding around the dirt track again for the new season 🤞
