It's been a while and plenty of trail events happening.
Saturday 30 July departing Honeyeater Park at 5.30am will see a long and hilly trail run visiting Hell Hole and Holmans. Approx 24km with a good amount of elevation.
Please only come along if you have been already doing significant volume to cope with this run.
We will start in the dark, so bring a head torch and enough fuel to last 3-4 hours.
It will be a slow run, but alot of time on the legs.

Wet / Wild / Slippery

The theme for a run on Sunday 15 May.

Meet at Honeyeater Park at 0615 to head into the trails for a bit of trail running. The rain makes trail running all the more fun, although we will avoid crossing flowing creeks and stay safe throughout.

I can't say how far the run will be, but most likely up to Camp Mountain and return.

Hope to see you there.

Alex.
