Casual coaching sessions for the upcoming competition season with my students! We sat down, discussed dance related goals, the skill sets they wanted to acquire and managed training and dance expectations.
Everyone’s dance journey is different. These personalised sessions allowed us, both parties, to be on the same page and heading down the same path.
Competitions aren’t necessarily about winning, they’re about setting personal goals and challenging yourself to be a better version of you. A trophy or medal at the end is a nice experience, but we’ve set so many more goals to smash 😍
