Happy Easter! Hope everyone is enjoying the break.

For our Easter we were gifted some review bombing by some fake accounts. We would like to take this chance to thank whoever is behind this for recognising our recent success.

To celebrate this moment, we are putting on a limited time offer. For every authentic review from within our community, we will be giving out a single (small) Easter egg or a 1-min speech about how proud I am of you.

New Timetable is out!

This timetable will come into effect as of 07 Apr 2026.

The big changes are:

- We’ll be launching a new MMA class on Monday nights at 6:15 PM. This will be an integrated class where we get a chance to explore how each discipline changes in an MMA context. There will be a minimum requirement of 6 months training in a striking and grappling discipline. All students will need to bring 7oz MMA gloves and MMA shin pads.

- Wednesday Gi BJJ nights will now be a dedicated Judo-Jitsu class, where we will be teaching Judo in the context of submission grappling.

It's always tough when a decision doesn't go the way we thought it should but nothing makes it easier than seeing such a big show of support from the team. We're proud of Louis and the Sassom community that came out in full force.
