Coach’s notes:
👉 If you fly through this one unbroken, you didn’t go hard enough!
👉 If you don’t have at least 5 unbroken strict pull ups, scale with a band.
👉 If you’re not sure what your 1RM is, use a weight that you find challenging for 5 reps of each movement.
