A huge thank you to LSKD Subway Australia PILLAR Performance® Concept2 Australia AlphaFit Equipment & Flooring and Brooks Running AU & NZ for backing the event, the athletes and the Fitstop community.

And to the people who kept the whole thing moving for 13 hours straight.

Dj Vic, keeping the energy high from first heat to last. Jeremy “Rookie” Austin, holding down the mic and the floor all day. Andy Crawshaw, somehow everywhere at once with three cameras in hand, capturing the moments we’ll be reliving for a long time.

Anyone can say they have community, but you can’t fake this.

13 hours of watching people show up for each other.

Owners, managers, coaches, members and volunteers judging heats while pushing every athlete on the floor to keep going.

Locations showing up in numbers to back their people. Competitors giving everything they have, then turning around and cheering just as hard for the person beside them. 

An HQ team that spent a year building this moment.

And when the final heat crossed the line, 13 hours into competition, people were still there.

Still cheering. Still celebrating. Still together.

This is a moment we’ll remember forever. 

Global Games is a competition, but this is what it’s really about.

You can build a workout. You can build an event. But you can’t manufacture a community like this.

Grateful for every person who made Global Games what it was. Can’t wait for the next one.

Block C is upon us! And we are heading back into Base Phase to set those foundations for what’s to come!

Block C see us testing our maximal strength with 1RM for our favourite lifts - Back Squat, Deadlifts, Bench Press + Chin Ups! 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️

We also see one of our top favourite works return - with Fitstop Sevens + our 2km erg time trial!

Firstly we would like to thank each and every one of you for coming down today and making it an epic morning - we absolutely thrive off of your energy and you all bought it today!

Before we get into the winner announcement we also want to give a shoutout to Jack from Power Supps Coorparoo for keeping us hydrated and providing some great prizes! Whenever you need to restock your supplements make sure head down and show them your support.
