Help Us Celebrate 50 Years at Ainsworth Street...We're Looking for Your Memories!

In 2026, Salisbury Community Sports Club proudly celebrates 50 years at our Ainsworth Street home.

To help commemorate this milestone, we are creating a special historical display and are seeking photographs, memorabilia and stories from throughout the club's history.

We're looking for:
● Photographs of the original club at the corner of Evans Road and Beaudesert Road.
● Photos of the relocation to Ainsworth Street in 1976.
● Images of the clubhouse, bowling greens and major renovations over the years.
● Team photos, presentations and special events.
● Evans Deakin photographs and memorabilia.
● Historic transport photos connected with the club or Salisbury area.
● Newspaper articles, newsletters, trophies, uniforms, badges and any other memorabilia.
● Personal stories and memories from members, families and the local community.

If you have anything you would be willing to share (originals can be scanned and returned), we would love to hear from you.

The Avani Food Gallery Catering team behind the bar plates up à la carte lunch and dinner Thursday to Saturday, and function catering the rest of the week — but what a lot of people don't realise is that catering isn't just for events here at the club.

The same team caters birthday parties, family celebrations, work functions and gatherings in homes right across Salisbury, Acacia Ridge, Coopers Plains, Tarragindi, Annerley and beyond!

Coming Soon... First Sunday of the month means Maggie's Markets are back at Salisbury Community Sports Club.

Come on down Sunday 2 August, 8am to 12pm, and wander the stalls: home-baked cakes, jars of jam, plants and handmade craft, plus all the usual local makers you love.

There's always something new to find, and it's the perfect way to spend a relaxed Sunday morning.

Darts night is a Salisbury institution.

Every Wednesday the board goes up and the regulars roll in, some sharp shooters, some just there for the laugh and a cold beer. Doesn't matter which one you are. Pull up a spot, have a throw, and see how the night unfolds.
