As part of our ongoing commitment to the Art of Self Defence and community empowerment, we’re excited to invite all ladies and girls aged 13+ to a free Women’s Self-Defence Workshop, run by our very own SaBum Nim Marcela.

This session will focus on awareness, confidence, and practical self-defence techniques (specifically for females) and is open to members and non-members.

Workshop Details:
📅 When: Saturday, 8th November 2025
🕙 Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am
📍 Where: Sherwood State School – Main Hall
🎒 What to Bring: Water bottle and comfy clothes
🥋 For female black belts: Please wear your full uniform
