A Bit About Me:
I am a motivated, passionate and holistic trainer that is driven to inspire my clients to get healthy and enjoy the journey through sustainable, functional and safe training practices
Why I became a PT? I love motivating and inspiring my clients but most of all I love seeing my clients achieve their goals and to see the profound impact of being healthy has on their lives is truly rewarding! My Background: I completed my Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness in 2007 and completed Bachelor of Psychology in 2016 and I am a Accreddited level 2 Fitness Profressional with Fitness Australia. I spent 10 years dancing at an elite level and naturally my strengths in training are in core stability, strength and conditioning for women. I incorporate functional strength work with a Pilates floor work as a focus to ensure my clients are strong from within! I have worked extensively with clients requiring rehabilitation and have ongoing health concerns. I am also a qualified boxing trainer so my sessions are always fun with lots of variety and they are specifically tailored to suit my clients individual needs.
