Dedication to training and coaching summed up in one picture! In my opinion the numbers pulled on the day are not the most impressive part of a powerlifting meet. The amount of work from coaches and athletes that goes into rocking up to a meet is ridiculous. The number of sessions where the body feels tight and the mind wants to skip the session ahead usually outweighs the ones that feel smooth and easy to complete.

Congratulations to everyone that competed and smashed it on the day, and thank you for being literally the best coach in the game 🚀 it was awesome to see you in the zone behind the scenes again! Looking forward to the next one as a coach and lifter!
