Your mind won’t go quiet because you told it to.
Most of us have tried it.

You sit down, you close your eyes, you instruct your brain to settle and it spends the next twenty minutes composing emails. 🤯

Then you decide you’re bad at meditating and give up. But a mind doesn’t quieten on command.
It quietens when it’s given something to hold.

That’s what kirtan is… sacred sounds to sing, a room of people singing it back, over and over, until the thinking has somewhere else to go. 🕉️

You’re not doing it wrong.
You’ve just been handed the silent version, friend.

🗓️ Every Monday (except 4th Monday)
⏰ 6:30 – 8:00pm

🌿 Vegetarian meal & herbal tea provided

Come as you are. Save this for Monday 🙏

Why people keep coming back on Monday nights? ✨

This is what they said, in their own words.

No scripts, no polish.

Just the honest thing that happens when you sit in a room full of people singing together and something in your chest finally loosens.

Every one of them walked in for the first time once, not knowing a single word.

🗓️ Every Monday (except the 4th Monday)
⏰ 6:30 – 8:00 pm
🏡 Upper Mt Gravatt Progress Hall
🥗 Free vegetarian meal after

Come and feel it for yourself, friend. Everyone's welcome, exactly as you are. 🙏

11/08/2026

What actually is kirtan? ✨

It's the meditation you can sing — ancient mantras, live music, and a room full of people chanting together. Not a performance. Not a concert. Just sacred sound, and a place to put down whatever you carried in.

No experience needed, no "good voice" required.

Swipe through for everything you've ever wondered 👉 then come feel it for yourself.

🗓️ Every Monday (except the 4th)
⏰ 6:30 – 8:00pm
🏡 Upper Mt Gravatt Progress Hall
🥗 Vegetarian meal & herbal tea will be provided

Come as you are and bring a friend or two.
Save this and we'll see you Monday! 🤗

Mind racing again?

Life gets busy.

Sometimes the best thing you can do isn’t work harder…

It’s pause.

Kirtan is meditation through music.

No experience.
No pressure.

Just music, mantra, and community.
