Zen now operates under a fixed monthly production slot system, divided into four craftsmanship levels: A / B / C / D — you can think of them as four cabin classes on a monthly flight.
When you place an order, you’re essentially booking a seat (production slot) in the level you choose.
• If the A-level slots for that month are full, the next A-level order moves to the next available month.
• The same applies to B / C / D.
• Higher levels generally require more build time and tighter allocation, so the queue can be longer.

Important: Your estimated delivery schedule is only confirmed once the deposit is paid and the order slot is officially secured.
Before production starts, deposits can be fully refunded, and customers may adjust their buildonce within the order rules.
