Hello Coastal Yogis ❤️ Tomorrow night, will be my final Yin class in Hempton Hall, Okato, before the beautiful Soreya from Soul Sanctuary with Soreya returns 🙌🏽 I would love to see you there at 6:30pm. I have practiced a lovely upper-body sequence for it, which focuses on how we direct our own energy 💫 I’ll also keep you posted with any other classes that I teach out here. Hi everyone. Life has been rather busy the last couple years, since having our second baby 🥰 However, for the next month, I’ll be covering Tuesday night yoga in Hempton Hall, Okato. I’ve decided to make these Yin Yoga classes ❤️ a beautiful practice to do in the evening. These classes begin at 6:30, and are $15 for a casual class. Please feel free to bring a cushion, blanket or anything to keep you cozy ☺️ I’ve been loving practicing, and teaching in the village again xx

After a much needed holiday Okato Yoga is back on tonight 6-7pm at Hempton Hall 🙌🏽 I managed to practice most days in Bali, so hopefully I have brought back some of that zen energy home with me ❤️

Hello yogi friends 🙌🏽 I wanted to share with you all that we are delighted to be expecting another wee addition to our family, due early September 👶🏼❤️ I’ve decided to take a rest day today, and cancel my class this evening in Okato. Really sorry for any inconvenience. Hope to see you next Monday night 6-7pm in Hempton Hall xx
