Elite Thai Kickboxing, Boxing & MMA Do you want to train in Muay Thai, Kickboxing (K1), Boxing, or MMA. Whether you're looking to stay in shape, learn self-defense or compete at fight shows.

We have classes for both kids and adults, 1-1 private lessons. Let's smash your goals! We are a family-oriented gym that has been proudly serving the Morton Bay community. Our gym practices authentic Muay Thai, with roots to GG Master Thohsaphol Sitiwatjana, but further more we offer Boxing and MMA. Led by British and Euro Muay Thai & Kickboxing Champion, head coach and owner, Ajarn Yai Jeff Bullock "Senior Master - Muay Thai". Jeff holds over a dozon European and British title belts with a impressive fight record.
* 78 fights – 68 wins, 4 draws and 6 losses. Jeff is far more proud of his achievements as a coach. Training numerous World Champions, Euro champions, British champions, QLD Champions since 1978. Everyone is welcome to join our gym, regardless of your experience level! Whether you're looking to improve your fitness or interested in competing in fight competitions, we have something for you. TUESDAY
* 5:30pm ~ 6:00pm - Kids (BOXING)
* 6:00pm ~ 7:00pm - Adults (BOXING)
* 7:00pm ~ 8:00pm - Adult (MMA)
* 7:00pm ~ 8:00pm - Open Mat (All disciplines)

WEDNESDAY
* 6:00am - Adults (Members only BOXING) - On Hold

* 10:00am ~ 11:00am - Private Session
* 11:00am ~ 1:00pm - MMA with Adam Tibetts

SUNDAY
* Private Sessions Available with all coaches
