RFR - Rhys Fordham Racing

Following on from my picture of the brake pad wear here is what the calipers look like. New rotors and brake lines have arrived and a big thanks to Hi Octane Racing for sorting me out and getting parts here next day. I've decided to order new pistons as well and do a complete rebuild not just seals and boots. This will mean missing another round of the sprint series. Still confident I can get enough points over the next few rounds to finish up top.

Most know I had the biggest off I have ever had at smsp a few weeks back during the Skylines Australia SAU - NSW GP track day. Going into T2 at 160+ where I had almost no brakes. This was completely my stupid fault and wanting to see a direct comparison between my old pads and new pads I wore the old pads completely through and then some. This resulted in the piston coming out of the caliper. Big thanks to Luke for getting it all fixed up for me. Lesson learnt, don't be an idiot and just replace things before they fail.

For the people asking what happened to the old nugget.

First time out in the GTR, loads of little issues but so dam good to get back on the track. Hanging out in the same class as radicals, formula ford and a Nascar is always fun. Cars back with the boys Racetech Mechanical getting it sorted out for JapNats in a few weeks.

Been a while since any update. Unfortunately some delays with parts coming. Car is back with the boys at Racetech Mechanical fuel setup is going in, complete service replacing all fluids and making sure all little gremlins are sorted. Countdown until testing! 14 days-
