The Queensland Murri Carnival (QMC) for 2026 is slated for September 19-27, 2026, at the South Pine Sporting Complex in Brendale, Brisbane, QLD, featuring Rugby League for various age groups (U14, U16, U18, Open Men/Women), promoting culture, health (requiring 715 Health Checks), and education for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants. It's a major event focused on community, skill development, and celebrating Indigenous identity in sport, with specific dates for senior (Sept 20-22) and junior (Sept 25-27) divisions.

Dates: Friday, September 19 – Saturday, September 27, 2026.

Venue: South Pine Sporting Complex, Brendale, Brisbane.

Sports: Primarily Rugby League (Boys & Girls U14, U16, U18, Open Men & Women).

Eligibility: All players must have a current 715 Health Check and meet school attendance requirements.

Focus: Health, education, culture, and community for First Nations people.
