Our AGM will be held on Monday 29 June, with a 7:00pm start in the clubhouse.

As we continue to grow both on and off the field, we are seeking passionate members, parents, players, and supporters to help shape the future of our club.

Baseball continues to open incredible opportunities both locally and abroad — from travel teams and college pathways to semi-professional and professional careers. Carina has proudly been part of that journey for many past and present players.

Right now, we’re excited to be following two of our former players making a big impact at the highest level of college baseball. Will “Billy” Baker and Johnny Lemm are both competing in NCAA Division 1 with powerhouse programs — Georgia Tech and Alabama.

With the recent rise of Travis Bazzana, we’ve seen just how quickly exposure through these programs can elevate a player’s career. It’s an exciting time for Australian baseball, and we’re incredibly proud to have played a small part in the journeys of these two outstanding young men.

We can’t wait to see what’s next — and we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way.

A huge congratulations to all of our juniors who recently represented Brisbane Metro at the State Titles. We’re incredibly proud of the effort, commitment, and passion shown across the board.

Big day incoming, Redsox family!

Tomorrow is shaping up to be one of the biggest days on our calendar, kicking off with our Junior Presentation Day from 9:00am. Trophy presentations will get underway at 9:30am, so make sure you arrive early and ready to celebrate our amazing juniors.
We’ll also have jumping castles running through until 12:00pm, so there’ll be plenty of fun for the kids all morning long. Make sure you BYO chair and some shade if you want to escape the sun.

Presentations will be held on the grass field next to hockey, and we’d like to give a huge thank you to East Hockey for generously allowing us to use their space.
And that’s just the beginning…

Back on the main diamond, we’re hosting TWO massive Grand Finals:
• 11am Our homegrown Division 5 Redsox taking on Wests
• Toowoomba vs Mt Gravatt Eagles at 2:00pm

Stick around after presentations, grab a spot in the stands, and soak up what promises to be an awesome day of finals baseball.

Over at Windsor at 3:30pm, our Division 1 squad faces a do-or-die battle as they fight to keep their season alive and force a Game 3. It’s all on the line—this is finals baseball at its best!

We all know just how tough it is to make a Grand Final… so to do it in the top league? That’s something special.
Huge congratulations to Drew and the boys who have taken down two powerhouse squads in Coomera and Pine Hills to punch their ticket to the Grand Final Series!

Now it’s time for the big one as they take on Windsor at Holloway Field starting Friday night.

Our all-conquering Division 5 squad is also in the big dance! 🏆 They’ve earned the incredible opportunity to play a HOME Grand Final this week, kicking off from 11am.
With our Junior Presentation Day happening right next door on the grass hockey field, the atmosphere is going to be electric — plenty of noise, plenty of support, and a perfect day for redsox baseball!
Let’s show up loud and proud for both teams and make it a weekend to remember.

What a weekend of finals baseball — and we’re not done yet! 🔥⚾️

Now that the dust has settled, we’ve got multiple teams pushing deep into finals, and they need YOUR support this weekend!

Let’s start with Captain Clutch Chris Kacin — delivering when it mattered most with late hits in both the Friday and Tuesday D1 games, including go-ahead moments in each! The Div 1 boys wrapped up an incredible series, taking Game 3 after a thrilling battle with Coomera. What a way to punch their ticket to take on Pine Hills for a chance to meet Windsor in the Grand Final Series!

And how about Dale Rylko — winding back the clock in a high-pressure showdown with Wests. Coming in with bases loaded and protecting a one-run lead, he shut the door to secure a Grand Final spot… which we’re proud to be hosting at Carina next week! 👏

Big shoutout as well to Adrian and the Div 6 crew, who had the bats absolutely firing in a dominant win. They now roll into a huge clash against Narangba this weekend — keep it going, boys! 💪

And it doesn’t stop there — Coach Cam and Nathan and the mighty LL46s are gearing up for a massive challenge, taking on the undefeated Wests in the South Grand Final. A win sends them through to the North vs South Grand Final next weekend!

🔥 Game Day Update! 🔥

For anyone keen to catch some exciting baseball this afternoon, our Division 1 boys are looking to wrap up the series today after an incredible 2–1 thriller on Friday night!
Due to the weather over the last few days, the game has been moved from Coomera to Runcorn Indians.

🕑 First pitch: 2:00 PM
The boys would love to see as many supporters there as possible, so come down, bring the noise, and help cheer them on as they push to finish the series strong! ⚾👏

Our division 5 team are about to take the field at home if you’re local I’m sure the team would love some support!!

Your Carina Division 1 are heading into the GBL Finals this weekend in a Best of 3 series against the Coomera Cubs!

🔥 Game 1 – Friday Night (HOME GAME!)
We need the best cheer squad in the GBL down at the field to get loud and get behind the boys before they head to Coomera for Game 2 on Sunday.
Bring the family, enjoy the atmosphere, and watch some high-stakes finals baseball as your Redsox battle for a spot in the next round!
