Yesterday felt like a dream, but today it feels very real… WE WAKE UP QLD CHAMPIONS! 🏆🖤🤍

A huge thank you to our incredible coach Jordan. From the moment he joined us, he was a driving force behind the attitude change we needed. His commitment, dedication and belief in this team never wavered. Thank you for leading us all the way to victory!

To our assistant coach Laurissa - an absolute Souths legend!You have supported this team in so many ways throughout the year, always giving your time, energy and encouragement. And somehow, you managed to do it all while carrying a baby! 😂We are so grateful for everything you’ve done for this team and wish you the very best of luck in your exciting new adventure ahead. 👶🏼❤️

To our captain Aoife and vice captain Tara, what a pair of leaders. Exceptional players, incredible teammates and two people who never stopped believing. You never gave up hope, always pushed through and believed in every single member of this team. We couldn’t have asked for better leaders. 🖤🤍⭐️

And finally, to our amazing ladies you played an absolute blinder this season! You were a force to be reckoned with from start to finish, with one goal in mind- to come home as Champions. And that’s exactly what you did. 🏆

The entire Souths club is unbelievably proud of every one of you. What a season. What a team. What an achievement! 🖤🤍

While the result didn’t go our way, the lads put in a great performance, giving it everything from the first whistle to the last. We’re incredibly proud of the effort and commitment shown by the team all season.
