Some big results over the weekend as we head into the BYE week.

Mustangs ride on to Week 6!

Friday night at home sees our men take on the high flying and ladder leading at home kicking off at 8pm. The ref will be there this week so come down and support the lads.

Saturday footy has our senior women’s team Western Queens travel to face while our senior men face a tricky and plucky away from home.

Three tough games but a weekend full of footy!

Week 4 Wrap

Friday night saw Wests take a well deserved victory against our men at Sci-Fleet Stadium. It’s back to the drawing board and definitely some lessons learnt.

A full day of footy on Saturday as our combined women’s team the Western Queens showed heart against a strong Redlands team to score a try in a lopsided affair with some playing rugby for the first time ever!

Finally, our Barber Cup first graders came away with the win, toppling last years champions Redlands to cement 2nd place on the ladder. Their attention now turns to the ladder leading and undefeated Wynnum team who continue to set the pace. Join us at our home ground to cheer on the ladies and the men’s teams who will all enjoy home ground advantage this week.

Game Week 4

Kicking things off for Friday night, our boys travel to kicking off at 8pm tonight at Sci-Fleet Stadium in Toowong.

Saturday will start with our combined women’s team taking on Redlands away at Redland Bay Cyclones followed by a highly anticipated battle for early season momentum for our Barber Cup team taking on Redlands.

Mustangs Women x Rangers Women Ipswich Rangers Rugby Union Club

Our Combined Women’s team took the field against Brisbane Irish over the weekend in a hearty effort for their first ever game. This week they will play away at Redlands Mudcrabs followed by our senior men’s.

The ladies night is going down this Friday night hosted by Ipswich Rangers. Make sure you head down to have all you can eat and drink for a one off cheap cost.

We’ve combined our women’s team with Ipswich Rangers Rugby Union Club and ahead of our Saturday showdown with Redlands Mudcrabs Women’s, the Rangers will host a ladies night. Affordable, all you can eat and drink on Friday night.
