Just because your team isn't vocally complaining doesn't mean they aren't drowning in calendar clutter and operational delays.
Trying to fix workplace fatigue with trial-and-error often leads to months of lost momentum.
Hear how Mary gained immediate direction and clarity inside The Collective:
"There is so much clarity in mentorship... Without coming into Higher Deeper, there would have been a real delay in everything. Mentorship and leadership are so important—we were never meant to do these things alone." — Mary
As Millennial leaders, we don't have to figure it all out in isolation.

Working in the not-for-profit space shouldn't require sacrificing your personal life for the cause. But the data shows us a stark reality:
29% of people who left Australia's NFP sector in 2025 said burnout was their main reason for leaving. That’s up from 21% the year before. (Source: Pro Bono Australia Salary Survey, via Innovative Human Capital)
Passion for mission can only carry a team so far before the tank hits zero.
What if you could protect your mission and reclaim a quarter of your work week?
🚨 Stop the drain on your purpose and team.

Let's be honest: standard workplace "wellbeing perks" aren't cutting it anymore. Free fruit boxes and corporate yoga sessions won't fix a team that's running on empty.
Have you heard of "Burnover"?
Coined by Nick Orchard, burnover is the exact moment burnout stops being an individual health struggle and becomes an organisational crisis—it’s when your best, most dedicated people quietly start walking out the door.
If you're tired of applying band-aids to structural fatigue, it's time for a system reboot.

A title gives you authority. Influence gives you impact. 💡
Most managers spend their weeks putting out fires inside their own department. But true executive leadership happens when you step back to look at the bigger picture—architecting success across your entire team, organisation, or ministry.
If you’ve ever felt isolated in middle management or wished you had a sounding board of like-minded peers to bounce real-time decisions off of, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Inside The Higher Deeper Collective, you get honest, faith-friendly coaching and a community of leaders right in your back pocket.
What’s the biggest challenge you’re facing right now when trying to influence outside your department? Let’s chat in the comments below! 👇

Imagine standing by a rushing river, pulling drowning people out of the water day after day. You’re soaked, completely exhausted, but you keep going because people need help. 🌊
Now ask yourself: Has anyone walked upstream to find out why so many people keep falling in?
If you’re a leader, manager, or director currently drowning in daily operations, I want you to sit with this truth:
👉 Operations is the rescue.
👉 Leadership is the walk upstream.
The better you are at rescuing, the harder it is to step back and fix the root problem. But carrying the entire load yourself isn't servant leadership—it's self-erasure dressed up as commitment.
A healthy organisation or ministry should never rely on one single, exhausted, "indispensable" person to keep from falling apart.
It’s time to stop treating a decision problem like a time problem.
I just published a step-by-step guide: Finding Your Way Back When You’re Drowning in Operations. It includes a simple 3-step framework to review your schedule, set boundaries, and protect your capacity.

Christian Leadership When You Are Drowning in Operations The gentle, practical way back to leading when ministry operations have swallowed your week: a calendar audit, the purpose filter, and one protected upstream hour.
Quick question for anyone leading a team, a ministry, or an organisation right now... 💭
When was the last time you upgraded your leadership toolkit? 🧰
This month inside The Higher Deeper Collective, our leaders are diving into some game-changing executive shifts. We’re keeping things unfiltered and focusing on practical tools you can put to work this week:
✨ Mastering "the meeting before the meeting" (a total game-changer for buy-in!)
✨ Using the "Help me understand" pivot when difficult conversations get stuck
✨ Crafting sensory pitches so your team truly sees where you're going
✨ Building relational capital gains that foster deep, lasting trust
Whether you’re navigating corporate leadership, non-profit, or church ministry, you don't have to figure it all out in isolation.
👇 Which of these tools do you need most in your toolkit today?

What does real leadership growth look like when you strip away the theory?
Here’s a peek behind the scenes of what actually happened inside The Collective this July.
Our core focus? Winning influence without authority.
For so many emerging and millennial leaders, this is the ultimate hurdle. You have the vision, the drive, and the responsibility—but not necessarily the title or direct reports to simply tell people what to do.
So, day by day, we unpacked:
How to build genuine trust across cross-functional teams
The art of framing ideas so executive stakeholders actually listen
Turning resistance into collaboration without burning bridges
Leadership isn't about waiting for a title to make an impact; it’s about mastering the subtle art of influence right where you are.

You aren’t actually struggling to balance your time.
You’re just trying to do two full-time jobs at once.
Most of us climbed into higher leadership because we were phenomenal doers. We knocked out tasks, got great results, managed the day-to-day well, and earned that promotion.
But then, the demands multiplied.
Suddenly, you're expected to lead, strategise, and guide your team—all while still trying to keep your hands on the tools and do the heavy lifting yourself.
It’s exhausting. It’s overwhelming. And let’s be honest, it’s completely unsustainable.
To break out of the cycle and actually thrive, you have to make the leap from doer to designer.
This isn't just about tweaking your daily calendar. It requires a genuine shift in your identity, your mindset, and how you show up every single day.
If you're ready to drop the overwhelm and step into honest, unfiltered leadership growth (faith-integrated options available), I’d love to support you.
Let's make the shift together inside The Higher Deeper Collective.

Let's talk about the "org chart brick wall." 🧱
Want to know the secret to getting cross-functional teams on board without breeding a toxic culture—or burning yourself out in the process?
We’ve all been there.
You build a brilliant strategy, but when you ask the department next door for support, you get a flat: "We don’t have time for this."
When you don't have direct authority, it's tempting to want to force compliance, pull rank, or escalate over their heads. But constantly pushing against corporate red tape and relying on outdated command-and-control tactics doesn't just destroy psychological safety—it leads to massive leadership burnout.
When trust vanishes, silos solidify, resentment grows, and every single project starts to feel like an exhausting uphill battle.
Because let's face it, when that team doesn't report to you, you can't force them to prioritise your work, manage them out, or demand their loyalty.
So, how do you move the needle without the title to back it up?
The future of leadership is about building bridges, not pulling rank.
It’s about becoming what we call a Coalition Builder.
And to do that, you have to make the fundamental mindset shift from "Manager" to "Executive":
• The Manager relies on positional authority (their title) to get compliance. When faced with pushback, their armour goes up, they get defensive, and they argue with data. They walk into a peer's office asking for favours, creating friction that drains everyone's energy.
• The Executive relies on authentic influence to build high-trust commitment. When faced with friction, they get curious and ask, "Help me understand". They know that true influence isn't manipulation—it is service. They build a bridge to help their peers hit their own KPIs, which protects relationships and ultimately prevents team burnout.
This month in The Collective, we are unpacking this exact mindset shift in depth to help you navigate tricky roadblocks, protect your energy, and build a high-trust culture across your entire organisation.
If you are ready to step off the treadmill and learn how to lead through influence instead of authority, I'd love to invite you in with your first month completely FREE. 🎁
