Andrew's toes to bar progression.

10 months ago, Andrew didn't know what a Toes To Bar was...

Here's the thing: Andrew wasn't new to the gym. He was strong before starting with us. But strength alone doesn't teach you a skill.

How Progressions Work at TTB Fitness:

Start where you're at. Hanging knee raises build the foundational strength & learn the movement pattern.

Use tools to learn. We use a band as a tactile cue, progressively moving the target higher as the athlete adapts.

Build gradually. Toes to rings bridged the gap between modified and full expression.

Earn the milestone. Toes to bar wasn't rushed. It was built.

The truth: A lot of people want the skills. But wanting isn't enough. Andrew showed up consistently, week after week, session after session. That's where progress comes from.
