Had the privilege of entering my 25th year in quite a unique way. After almost 26 longs hours of hobbling through the D’Aguilar National park, I managed to complete my first ultramarathon! Nothing went to plan but it was a great opportunity to learn a bit about myself and meet some inspiring people in the process!
A massive shoutout to and for being such a solid support crew and the volunteers for making the event run so fluently! The Guzzler 100km is certainly an experience that I won’t forget 🔥

Nice to upload a long-overdue weight training video! Managed to get a set of 5x105kg - not too bad for a runner 😜

Well, officially finished my first marathon! It was certainly an experience but many lessons were learned 🤙🏻

First time uploading some training footage in a good while! Had the pleasure of destroying my legs with the infamous this morning with some cheeky squats! Managed 3x5@140kg this morning so not unhappy about that!
