What a great class to finish this stage 2 block. Our classes are wrapping up for the year and I have absolutely loved seeing the growth in this great group of apprentices. Really proud of them! Finishing up with roulade, eclairs, tarte tatin and lots of other delicious desserts!

What a week it has been! So many of our amazing students are completing their apprenticeships after putting in the work to become qualified chefs. We are so proud of our newly qualified chefs and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them!

Our fabulous Mu’ooz ladies graduate last night from their ‘Skilling Queenslanders for Work’ Certificate I in Hospitality program. After 5 months of work in their traineeships, they have faced many challenges and language barriers, but they all perservered and finished with smiling faces and lots of excitement! Well done to everyone 😊
