It is with a very heavy and broken heart that I write to say that David suddenly passed away yesterday morning. I will provide funeral details later.

Welcome to "CONQUER THE BEAST" fitness competitions. We continue the legacy of Chopp "David Hudson" with the Conquer the BEAST competition continuing in 2022.
Our mission is to create more awareness about mental health in the CrossFit Community. Join us for one foot forward the walk for mental health. Conquer the BEAST supports the Black Dog Institute. Any Conquer the Beast Competition held will donate back to the Black Dog Institute.
