You were a racehorse in a tiny paddock.
The real reason you lost your job?
You were born exceptional.
Born to perform on another scale entirely.
You took responsibility for yourself while everyone around you pointed and blamed.
(Ever noticed the most common line in corporate speak? "Sorry, that's not part of my job." And who's job IS it then? "I don't know!" π)
You couldn't just sit there and say nothing. You couldn't pretend the meeting made sense. You couldn't smile and nod while someone less capable than you ran the room.
You can smell bu****it from three floors away. And you cannot β physically cannot β pretend you can't.
You didn't have an attitude problem. You had a clarity problem.
You could see exactly what was wrong. Exactly how to fix it. Exactly who and what was in the way.
And in the corporate world? That's not an asset. That's a threat.
So they managed you out. Restructured you out. Made your life uncomfortable enough that you left.
And called it a performance issue.
It wasn't.
It was incompatibility.
You are not built for compliance. You are not built for mediocrity. You are not built to watch people who couldn't find the problem let alone fix it β keep their jobs while you're told to tone it down.
You are built for something else entirely.
And the corporate world has no idea what to do with that.
Warrior Coaches does.
Drop a π if you've heard "that's not my job" one too many times.

"I will find a way."
That's not a financial decision.
That's a transformation.
Most people think the coaching or any program changes them.
It doesn't.
That moment does.
The moment you're scared.
The moment it's uncomfortable.
The moment every logical voice in your head says "not yet, not now, you can't."
And you say it anyway.
I will find a way.
I once left a salaried position to go on commission.
Four kids. A mortgage. Zero guarantees.
Probably a mad choice on paper.
But the commitment that came with that decision β
the I have no choice but to make this work energy β created a national sales record.
The record wasn't the reward for being brave.
The record was the result of the commitment.
And that's the thing nobody tells you about transformation β
It doesn't start when you feel ready.
It doesn't start on day one or the end of the program.
It starts the second you say yes when everything in you wants to say no.
So if you're sitting with a decision right now β
Looking at a number that scares you β
Waiting to feel ready β
I will find a way, is not something you say when you're confident.
It's something you say when you're terrified. And mean it.
Fast Company just reported that people with ADHD have the highest value in the age of AI.
Not despite their ADHD.
Because of it.
AI can replicate predictability. It cannot replicate instinct.
And instinct is exactly what we've got.
They spent years medicating it. Correcting it. Telling us we were broken.
The whole time we were the blueprint.
If this just made you angry β good.
That anger is valid. And that anger is fuel.
Drop a π₯ if this just changed something for you.

Most people look at someone with ADHD and look down on them.
Teachers. Bosses. Colleagues. Sometimes family.
The looks. The sighs. The "you have so much potential butβ"
F that.
Not one tool. Not one system. Not one framework on this entire planet was ever built for your brain.
All of it β every calendar, every planner, every productivity hack β designed and built for neurotypical brains.
And they gave it all to you and said try harder.
Through the shame. Through the carnage. Through the days where you gave everything you had and it still didn't feel like enough.
And you're still standing.
I made this video for you.
Not to fix you. Not to sell you something.
Just to finally say out loud what nobody ever bothered to tell you.
π₯ 90 seconds. Watch it.

I need to share something with you.
Something that was published just weeks ago β that stopped me completely in my tracks.
Right now β billions of dollars are being spent trying to build a brain.
A brain that can see patterns nobody else can see.
That hyperfocuses on a problem until it cracks it.
That makes fast decisions without second guessing everything.
That connects ideas from completely different worlds.
That never clings to yesterday's thinking.
That becomes tireless when it's locked on something.
That sees what everyone else walks straight past.
They're calling it Artificial Intelligence.
Fast Company just reported β people with ADHD are now seen as having the highest value in the age of AI.
Because here's the thing.
AI can copy predictability.
But it cannot copy unpredictability.
And our brains?
Are wired to surprise.
They didn't need to build it.
We already had it.
And they spent 50 years telling us it was wrong.
I'm going to say that again.
They spent 50 years telling you β telling US β that this brain was the problem.
Turns out we were the blueprint.
The world is finally catching up. π
Drop a π₯ below if this just hit different.

THE ADHD ENTREPRENEUR ADVANTAGE
People with ADHD are 300% more likely to start a business than neurotypicals.
Not despite ADHD.
Because of it.
The traits that make us "disordered" in corporate environments are the EXACT traits that make exceptional entrepreneurs.
Here's what I mean:
EASILY DISTRACTED?
β You spot patterns and opportunities across multiple domains while others stay in their lane.
IMPULSIVE?
β You make decisions and move fast while competitors are still in analysis paralysis.
HYPERACTIVE?
β You have sprint capacity for launches and critical moments that neurotypicals simply can't match.
POOR ATTENTION SPAN?
β You have selective hyperfocus that lets you dive deep on what excites you.
DIFFICULTY WITH ROUTINE?
β You innovate and create new solutions instead of following templates.
RISK-TAKER?
β You're dopamine-driven to take action on ventures others are too afraid to start.
EMOTIONALLY INTENSE?
β You lead with passion and conviction that inspires teams and customers.
STRUGGLE WITH AUTHORITY?
β You build your own thing instead of working for someone else's vision.
The game-changer isn't learning to "manage" these traits.
It's learning to WEAPONIZE them.
Traditional employment is designed for neurotypical brains:
β Fixed schedules
β Repetitive tasks
β Slow decision cycles
β Risk aversion
β Following process
Entrepreneurship lets you design for YOUR wiring:
β Variable schedules based on energy
β Novel challenges that engage you
β Fast ex*****on when you're lit up
β Calculated risk-taking for dopamine hits
β Creating your own systems
You're not broken.
You're built for a different game.
And in entrepreneurship, your "disorder" becomes your competitive advantage.
This is what I teach coaches in Warrior Coaches certification.
Not "manage your ADHD."
But "weaponize your ADHD."

P.S. - Which ADHD trait has been your biggest advantage in business? Drop a comment below.
They called it a "disorder." I call it a competitive advantage.
Here's what the medical community calls ADHD "symptoms":
β Hyperfocus = "inability to shift attention"
β High energy = "hyperactivity disorder"
β Rapid ideation = "racing thoughts"
β Risk tolerance = "impulsivity"
β Pattern recognition = "distractibility"
Here's what I call them:
β
Hyperfocus = 18-hour work sessions that build empires
β
High energy = outworking everyone in the room
β
Rapid ideation = seeing opportunities others miss
β
Risk tolerance = launching while others are "planning"
β
Pattern recognition = connecting dots at light speed
The only "disorder" here is how society tried to put Ferrari brains in Camry systems.
ADHD entrepreneurs aren't broken.
We're just misunderstood.
And once we build systems FOR our neurology instead of against it?
Dangerous.
Its a good thing.
I calculated the Distraction Tax for an ADHD entrepreneur last week.
$2,500 per week.
That's $130,000 per year lost to spam notifications and task-switching.
Here's how it works:
ADHD brains are BUILT for hyperfocus.
But they're also WIRED to notice EVERYTHING.
Every notification. Every email. Every Slack ping.
Your neurotypical competitor gets a notification, glances at it, goes back to work.
You get a notification, check it, see it's spam, unsubscribe, check two other emails while you're there, remember something else, open a new tab, 15 minutes gone.
That's not lack of discipline.
That's ADHD neurology.
And it's costing you a fortune.
ADHD entrepreneur making $300/hour:
- 12 interruptions per day
- 5 minutes average to refocus
- 60 minutes lost daily
- $300/day Γ 5 days = $1,500/week
ADHD entrepreneur with team (billable rate $500/hour):
- 15 interruptions per day
- 7 minutes to refocus
- 105 minutes lost daily
- $875/day Γ 5 days = $4,375/week
Most ADHD entrepreneurs don't even realize they're paying this tax.
They just feel perpetually behind.
Always catching up.
Never getting to the high-value work.
The Distraction Tax isn't just lost productivity.
It's lost REVENUE.
It's the difference between $200K/year and $330K/year.
Between building the business you want and staying stuck where you are.
Your ADHD isn't the problem.
The problem is nobody taught you how to protect your attention like your revenue depends on it.
Because it does.
