Hello teachers! How has everyones first week been? Please send me a message; I would love to know.

I find the first week so busy. Plannign new Units, meet new staff and getting back into new routines.

A few friendly reminders as you head into it:

🍎 Even teachers with 20+ years of experience still get butterflies in Week 1; new students, new staff, and sometimes new classrooms. That feeling is normal.

🤝 Ask for help. Lean on your mentor or buddy teacher; you are not meant to figure everything out alone. If you don't have one please reach out to me!

🧠 Wellbeing tip: no computer or school work after 5pm. Build healthy habits early (your future self will thank you).

⏳ There is always something to do. You’ll never “finish” everything take it day by day.

To help support you, I’ve created a simple seating plan and a notepad checklist to help keep you organised and on track during those busy weeks.
